What data we collect
We collect information you provide via our contact and service request forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and details about the instruments you need calibrated (model, serial number, pressure range, thermocouple type). We also automatically receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics services.
Purpose
Why we process your data
Your data is used to respond to calibration and audit inquiries, prepare service quotations, schedule on-site or lab verification appointments, issue calibration certificates, and communicate technical results. Technical and analytics data helps us improve site performance, diagnose errors, and understand which services are most relevant to our visitors.
Storage
How long we keep your information
Contact form submissions and service correspondence are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. Calibration records and certificates are stored for the duration required by BIS and ISO 9001 compliance standards, typically 5 years. Analytics data is anonymized after 14 months. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data at any time.
Third Parties
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information with trusted third-party processors who help operate our website and business: web hosting providers, email delivery services (for sending quotes and certificates), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), and CRM tools used to manage client communication. All processors are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
Your Rights
Access, correction, deletion, and opt-out
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections if any information is inaccurate, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. For users in jurisdictions covered by GDPR or CCPA, these rights include data portability and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell data). To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
