Terms of Service

Rules governing the use of Lifepulses calibration and auditing services, including liability limitations and dispute resolution procedures.

1. Service Scope

Calibration & Auditing Services

Lifepulses provides precision calibration, verification, and independent auditing of analog differential pressure transducers, shielded thermocouples, and industrial manometers. All services are performed in accordance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) protocols. The client is responsible for providing accurate equipment specifications and ensuring safe access to the measurement devices.

2. Client Obligations

Equipment & Site Preparation

The client must ensure that all equipment submitted for calibration is free from hazardous materials, properly de-energized, and accessible for testing. Any special handling requirements must be communicated in writing prior to service commencement. Failure to comply may result in service delays or refusal.

3. Liability Limitations

Measurement Accuracy & Damages

Lifepulses liability is limited to the value of the calibration service fee paid for the specific equipment in question. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from measurement errors, production downtime, or regulatory penalties. Our calibration certificates reflect the measured error curves at the time of testing and do not guarantee future performance.

4. Termination & Cancellation

Service Suspension & Refunds

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. If Lifepulses cancels a scheduled calibration due to safety concerns or non-compliance with BIS standards, a full refund will be issued. Client-initiated cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

5. Changes to Terms

Modification & Notification

Lifepulses reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

Jurisdiction & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Lifepulses services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration shall be the city where the calibration service was performed.
